Please note: No refunds for change of mind after delivery.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email our support team at nueronmail@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your report. Please include:

  • Your Transaction ID (can be found in your success page or purchase history)
  • A brief explanation of the error or quality issue

Processing

Once your request is received, our team will review the report and respond within 2-3 business days. If the refund is approved, it will be processed automatically via Paddle to your original payment method.
